I would recommend getting a wireless bluetooth set of headsets for listening to music its a lot easier and you dont have to deal with the cable thats getting all scrunched up going through a small hole and over time the audio jack will get abused youre wired headset will start cutting in and out and then it will stop working altogether

However i am only 54 and average build 33 waist and i had to move the connection hardware to either end of the belt
