Pros

Watering is a must without it icing over or fully freezing. Doesn't leak fits great on a heater and stays clean. Have had it a year and no rust.

Cons

Find something else to buy. Return policy is one month! It's mostly unusable now.

The waterer leaks. One of the two purchased just leaks water until it is empty in several minutes, it never develops a seal to stop the water. Had to reseal all seems with sealant.

This is the worst quality metal waterer i have ever bought. I wonder what my chickens ingested as this galvanized coating failed so completely. What good is a pail that leaves your chickens drinking rusty red/brown water?
