Dried tomato powder is a great substitute for canned tomato paste. Great for adding a little tomato kick to your stews or homemade pasta sauces.
Very soothing. Nice tomato powder. Sturdy jar. Keeps well, sealed in the jar.
The flavor is delicious, rich, and very flavorful! Great taste after rehydration. Tomato flavor is pretty legit for many applications.
Cons
It's practically flavorless. Seems very old product. Appears there were a good number of other reviews with similiar issues, likely * batch.
