I ended up taking one dose under my tongue and chasing what was left with water after about five minutes then another one at 15 minutes when i didnt notice anything
Anyways i ended up taking two more 8th teaspoons roughly i didnt properly measure the reason i felt comfortable doing this is i also ordered a separate kind of ormus and they recommend a full teaspoon every morning… and its pretty pure stuff
