Impossible to reduce the volume either manually or through the bluetooth connection. Very disappointing at this price point and for this brand. Description is misleading, does not take micro sd.

The power plug shorted and killed the unit after many years use but when it was working id use it on the road in my vehicle for phone calls hands free

Nope not even close to true i was forty feet away from the mini and no buzzing or dropped bluetooth so either he got a lemon or doesnt know how to use his phone or the mini
