It truly sounds like the actors are standing in front of you speaking due to the clarity and crispness of the sound reproduction

The only drag is that its hooked up to an all high def system and the onscreen display will only display to a standard def input svideo or composite

One thing i dont like is the remote doesnt light up so using the remote during a movie is a small hassle

The unit does get very hot which makes me nervous once it even shut off for a while
