Simple and classy. Shill or not, it works great. The glass is nice quality and seems to be durable.

It has a very nice design that looks good on a countertop. It’s lightweight too which is nice. The only drawback is that most of the instructions are in japanese.

Craftsmanship of this carafe is very fine and excellent. Markings on the carafe allow you to see how much coffee you have brewed. Allows you to watch your tea steep to perfection before transferring to your cup.

Cons

Quality

Having been a coffee shop manager for sometime i have always been amazed by the quality of japanese brewery equipments

This is a convenient server to use with the hario v60 as it sits squarely inside the rim of the server

I took a chance because i looked at the picture on the hario drip stand and it showed an 02 600ml being used with it

As for the value there are a few other options that are cheaper by 510 but im unsure if they would be the same quality

Competitiveness

We started using the kalita pourover method about 5 years ago and found it makes superior coffee

This glass server with my hario dripper make an excellent cup of coffee

My hario acrylic drip stand has barely 6” space under the dripper

I hesitated to buy the 600ml 02 because the dimensions say it is 6” inches high
