    Put it on give it time to work most of the lettering and numbering came off of the boat by hand with no tools

    I was taking decadeold vinyl letters off of an aluminum boat and i didnt think it was working very good as i applied the liquid with a towel directly over the letters then tried to use a towel to wipe it clean

    Turns out it was a twostep process involving a plastic putty knife

    First i used a blow dryer to heat up the letters then scraped them off with the plastic putty knife

    I then reapplied the liquid with a towel to the sticky residue left behind let it sit for a few minutes and it turned the sticker glue into a soft gelrubber substance that came right off with the putty knife
