Good tool for braces journey. When your wire pokes your cheek, it hurts. Was able to use it to trim the wire on my daughter's bottom braces.

I purchased this instrument because i have a braces and as the time goes byand every time i tighten my braces i have these sharp edges that cut my cheeks and cause canker sores this was so uncomfortable and when i call my dentist she always asks me to cut the wires with a sanitized nail clippers which never workeduntil i bought this instrument from amazon which i found very easy and safe to use needs to be cleaned and sanitized before and after each use i personally wash it with dish soap and burn it with a candle for few seconds
