Pros & Cons
Pros
A small amount of whole wheat grain added to a loaf of bread makes a big difference. I mill my own flour at home using my komo mill which makes superfine flour. The grains are good. Which means they're not irradiated.
Great wheat berries but you really need to get an electric grinder. Packaged up into vacuum bags with o2 absorber and was very impressed with the berries. They are awesome.
Cons
Quality fell short. Have not had a good risen loaf of bread since purchasing it! It reminds me of a latex balloon. The smaller packaging comes in a sealed plastic bag but this one does not have any sealed and it's kind of jute bag.
