Red wheat berries have a chewy texture as well as more flavor. The chickens love them more than the lentil sprouts. Better than snacking on junk food!

Cons

The germination performance for six trays is extremely poor. The berries are 100% not usable for grinding and making flour out of. Their performance for producing wheatgrass for juicing in my experience is clearly disappointing.

It is very frustrating to have so little success. Very disappointed. Throw all in trash can.

The wheat/bread tastes like the chemicals used to treat the burlap. They come in a treated burlap bag, which contaminates the grain. The bag has an overwhelming moldy smell.

I bought two of these one by itself and another with a second producta gamma lid for a bucket

Very hard to grow ive had this for over a 2week now

However when you compare the resulting flour from any brand to the price of storebought flour its far more expensive
