Pros & Cons
Pros
These lovelies sprout fast and taste great. Best and easiest seed to work with so far. Always smells fresh. Great for sprouting.
This is sooo soo good. Best grain besides farrow for our bread making.
Bought it along with the hard winter berries for a great blend. Love my wheatberries with lemon and olive oil. Home kitchen flour mills are expensive, but im hoping at some point to replace store bought flour entirely and only use these berries.
Great flavor and a great value. Sweet or savory, it is very versatile. Also hilariously low calorie.
Cons
Wheat has too much grit for me. Does not germinate or grow wheatgrass. Looks like pantry moths/grain moths.

Its not just this wheat but farmers or distributors have decided to charge incredibly high prices for wheat berries

This came really fast and tastes great
Packaging/appearance
Great price attractive and responsible packaging fullyverifiable berry seed tracing and reliable germination
Also it’s hilariously low calorie for how good it tastes and is packed with fiber and protein
Not available to return or replace and the bag was ripped in the box and leaking out grains of wheat
The packaging is one of a kind and they were delivered right on time
Competitiveness
Bought a bag at the grocery store once i believe red mill and it did not compare to these in texture
Ive tried other brands over the years however palouse is far superior in every way

Where a bag of flour milled from 50 lbs of quality wheat berries costs about 20 the berries un milled cost more than 5 times that much
