It’s dependable and easy to use. With having the otoscope, this saves us money by not having to go to the doctors office to be diagnosed. The scope is super clear andeasy to see through.

This is a straight forward, easy to use, tool for a novice to get a quick peak in the ear canal. The view is pretty clear and can recognize ear infection very easy. It's good for spotting ear goop or potential infections too!

Bright pink light makes it hard to see the ear drum. Blurry view of the tympanic membrane at best. Infant's ear canals are too tiny.

The light isn't very bright, and the magnification isn't much. The company recommended replacing the bulb, those are $5 here on amazon. Replacing the batteries and bulb did not fix the problem.

Not a good purchase imo. You get what you pay for, and this applies to this item i got for $10 as an add-on item. It's worth it to spend your money on a better quality instrument.
