Pros

The contour supports the back during heavy lifts. It really makes a difference for standing barbell military press. The belt is flexible enough to give a little bend in the back, but still offers support when pressing.

Cons

The velcro is awful, is the cheapest velcro i have tested. It gathers and squeezes all of the skin on my abdomen into a hideous lump under the buckle.
