Pros
They are not just great for deadlifting, but all sorts of barbell and dumbbell exercises. They definitely help with gripping the bars & weights. Comes as a pair or as a glove.
Cons
The harbingers are not better than regular straps, so if you have those, you're set. The material is too soft for medium to heavy lifters. Terrible durability. If you look closely near the buckle, the foam underneath is quite short.

Rdl and bent rows were the two exercises where my hands were failing before my back or legs
