After some quick n' dirty fabric scissor mayhem using my old insoles as a guide, i'm now in mind-boggling cushiony heaven. These insoles are comfortable and lightweight. I have a high arch so that may be why it is great for me.
The price is right and the pain relief is exceptional. What a difference. These feel the best. Avert your eyes.

These insoles are inexpensive for good reason--there is basically nothing to them. If they're going inside shoes that already have supportive, thick soles, they would be okay. These shoe insoles *!
