I have other devices with 3 posts and they pinch. Having tried multiple other metal cages has provided the opportunity to hone in on the correct/best size.

Very comfortable, yet noticeably constricting. I think it's doable for 24/7 wear if the sizes are close to your custom measurements. No problem wearing it to the gym and working out, including squats.

Luckily this company sells the rings individually so i was able to size down to the appropriate one and only went two days with a loose cage
