If anything boils over into the lid you have to disassemble to clean it all out (found out when the lid was on and the au gratin potatoes liquids boiled up and through the lid).

The first set arrived and one of the glass lids with metal bands was dented.

Even non-stick pans scorch if you leave them on too-high heat, but i forgot about a pan of beans and they should have burned, but they didn't.

Update1:well, happycall sent us a replacement pot and did not request the problematic pot to be returned.

So far the new pot is working great, it seems like the previous one had some kind of invisible problem.

Right now it won't stick(the new one) and it's easy to clean.
