Pros
Black walnut extract imparts a distinct intrigue to recipes. I use it in chia pudding, and it adds great flavor!
Always used mckormicks’ brand. Item is hard to find locally. It's a little pricey though and i use it up fast.
Cons
Very dissatisfied with this product. Not strong enough for adequate vanilla flavor for baking. Very watered down flavor. Now i see bottle says mellon? Will notbuy from again from this company.
Used it in a smoothie, absolutely no taste of pineapple at all. Contains benzyl alcohol. Benzyl alcohol is worse for people than ethyl alcohol, even if it is fda approved.
