Pros
These eggs are from heritage hens, and have deep orange yolks that taste very creamy. The yolk is amber asf, good eggs.
Cons
The yolks are no longer orange-colored, but now are pale yellow. They don't have the full flavor they had, and are just like the much less expensive cage-raised eggs. These eggs are watery so they final product is tough.

I can switch out the inferior brown eggs in the store for blue eggs in half the time it takes to remove the specks from a pair of eggs
