This is rated as the #1 travel pillow and for a good reason, it is super comfy. It also has enough padding along each side (with the correct shape) to prevent my head from going to either side when i've fallen asleep. Keeps my hair from getting messed... Read More

All i do is place it around my neck just before i lay down & it gently cushions my neck. For those of you with chronic fatigue syndrome, ehlers-danlos syndrome, fibromyalgia, etc.

Great for long flights, very supportive, worth every penny. Also if you have an fsa account it is a qualifying purchase.

Soft, warm, and cradles the neck nicely. Machine washable and dryable, soft cover. The cover is removable and washable.

Cons

It is rather small and filled with small bundles of polyester fiber that clump a bit. It's manufactured with inferior fabric cover. Not enough filling. Seams are uneven.

As a gown man of 5'11, the pillow offers zero support. Provides no neck support, orthopedic or otherwise. I agree with another reviewer that the picture is deceiving.
