The house looks really nice, and it’s sturdy. I absolutely adore the details of the house - the solar panels are my favorite. All are nicely constructed. We also love how sturdy it is.
The colors lend to play for all children- it is not specifically “girlie”. Our granddaughter loves it and she is 3. Her older brother (4 yrs. Old) also loves it.
My grandkids love it and it was east to assemble. If you have a impact driver vs the hex wrench supplied with the house it’s so much easier to assemble both time wise and on your fingers, lol.
Cons
The doll house is cheap, flimsy and not staying in our home. There is no set of stairs to get from the kitchen/tv room to the bedroom.
Gaps at the connections cause everything to be a little off. These are cosmetic issues and don't affect play, but are annoying to me, who spent $125 on the product. It seems like the hex screws will need repeated tightening and eventually they'll just... Read More

Very sturdy construction no splinters or rough edges
The doll house has been knocked over a few times by my daughter and not one piece broke
She is 20 months and says “open door close door up stairs down stairs poopoo bubble bath make numnums” in kitchen

I even bought the modern family grandparents and the hape brand car as well
I went with the hape all seasons over a similar product from a competitor because i thought the hape furniture was nicer

There are some pretty small pieces but he is old enough to know not to put them in his mouth if you have small children under the age of two you’ll need to be careful about that

Im sure it will get lots of love so im not overly sensitive about it but if this is something that would bother you i would definitely open up the product beforehand to make sure theres no damage
