Pros
The cubbies are great for our learning dvds, art supplies and even a small blanket (we use this for chilly mornings) it holds all of our shoes and is quite comfy. Cushion is firm but comfortable.
Cons
The assembly instruction is difficult to follow and it took extra time to figure out the assembly process. Their customer service is non-existent. The same no-response attitude was shown while trying to contact them via their chat channel.

Quality
The bench took about 45 minutes to an hour to assemble and is very solid
Easy to assemble sturdy construction and fits perfectly in the intended space
The bins are fabric bins so i am sure at some point they will bend and wont be as sturdy but as of now they seem to be holding up
The gray baskets are not flimsy which i was a little worried about
Price
My only complaint is that the cabinet is now 40 dollars less than when i purchased it 5 days ago 🙁

I did put velcro tabs to make sure the cushion stays put but it probably wouldn’t have even needed

There was one incorrect direction when putting it togther but outside of that

It took a couple hours to put together with two of us neither of us is all that handy but the directions were pretty clear

The only problem we had was that the pictures that show how to attach the sliding rails to the drawers and the bench were very unclear
