Its small profile and 3 holding slots allowed me to put the plate so that it does not block the camera battery door

This plate will probably fit 8590 of the arca swiss type clamps in common use

Only a few are so narrow as to not accept a 38

It should fit most knob screw clamps but will probably not work with most lever action clamps without changing the basic clamp initial adjustment
