After contacting hanks belts to see if i should return the buckle to them or amazon they asked for a picture and some information and told me new buckle would be sent out to me right away

Update 14may18 hanks customer service replaced the failed buckle see below and sent out an upgrade replacement new powder coated roller black buckle
