Pros
Z-hanger brackets are brilliant. The headboard is heavy! That makes it very easy to ensure you can hit a stud in the wall. Comes with wall dog screws that anchor into the drywall.
Cons
These are very light duty for being professional. They have next to no rigidity. The level that was included was also crushed.

I was able to attache the zhanger brackets across a wide section of the wall including attaching directly to the studs as well as adding some sheetrock anchors in between so i knew that the installation would be secure

It comes with a level bubble that essentially turns the part that goes in the wall into a level itself

Held up a 15 lb mirror that was over 6 x 4 with a 1 wood framestill on the wall 6 months later
