Pros
These planters are good looking, reasonably priced, lightweight, and durable. They were packaged securely and arrived quickly. They look beautiful hanging on my porches.
They are large, sturdy, and decorative.
Cons
Made & feels like cheaply made items. I am so sick of returning merchandise to amazon. Amazon now sells cheaply made low quality stuff.
If my description confuses you, it's because that's how awful these pots are designed. The pots were filled up with urine —1/3 of it. The hanging ropes are not very long and they planters don't hang evenly. Also the straps look like shoelaces.
The bottom is not inverted as pictured in the product description to create a water holding feature. Instead the water stagnates around the drain in a circle. Bottom is flat with a drainage hole, and offers no additional water storage.

So yes they are plastic but the seller did a good job making them look like concrete

First as other reviewers mentioned the plugs were really hard to get into the holes to make the planter watertight
