Pros
Hand held is surprisingly light, and amazingly flexible. Given the price, i’d recommend it who wants something affordable and work. For the money it's decent.
The cradle for the shower head is installed using an adhesive peel and stick. It fits in with my brushed chrome fixtures even though it is a chrome-like finish. Installed in less than 5 minutes.

Blew a hole in the internal rubber hsoe of the flex hose connecting to the shower head. Not worth the money.

The hose that came with it had a few kinks that didn’t straighten out on its owni used the original one that was new and fit great
