It charged up in 23 hours and ran at full speed for 17 minutes at which point you could hear the motor sounding weaker and then at 18 minutes it abruptly shut off

The power connector to the vacuum is not a standard usb plug it is a 10mm x 3mm electrical plug

The batteries are hard wired in but someone with soldering skills could replace them when they no longer hold a charge
