Pros
I have renaud’s and my hands are always cold. Keeps my pockets warm so my fingers don’t freeze at minus temps. Specially in the car while its warming up. I go biking for a few hours early in the morning when the temperature is around freezing.
This device heats up instantly, no waiting around. It heats on both sides which is fantastic because it is not just the palm of your hand that gets warm; your finger tips get warm too.

The heat is very soothing on painful joints. I have a bad shoulder and neck and sometimes my hip bothers me. It is amazing for aches and pains on your body.
Cons
This hand warmer is not made for hiking in the canadian winter. The battery length is exaggerated by 50%-100%. This thing is not 9000mah as advertised.

I put one of these heaters in each of my mittens and will attempt to turn it on every 15 to 20 minutes or so for a brief warm up

I find the button can be very difficult to use consistently while pressing against the handlebar on my bike
