This product is absolutely fantastic, well made. Truly, an awesome gift to self. Excellent product, decent gourd size.
You have to treat and clean properly after each use or it will get moldy. It helps if you buy 4 kilos of ym and it’ll force you to learn proper techniques.

The interior is * - dirty and moldy. Poor craftsmanship. The bowl itself was so fragile it chipped and cracked in half during shipping.

He loved the quality of the mate and the metal straw
After 1 curing of 24 hours one drying session of 24 hours with 6 of that in direct sunlight i used my gourd for the first time
The gourd flavor seeps into the mate and to me is unpleasant and i drink mate with no sweetener

For a long time it wasnt a huge deal until the cracks became so large that you could see through them when looking at them from the inside

I feel it gives the yerba a slightly different taste and body than a wooden mate does

I sealed up the biggest one with super glue but i dont love that i had to do that
