I evidently have very short toes as i needed to trim the pad so that it would fit in my shoe

The one thing i thought id have trouble with is the loop as it is adjustable so the piece on the underside of the pad is quite long

If it is too short it comes out of the slit

After that i left the loop the original length and i dont feel the extra length at all when walking

I hand washed these pads and it worked quite well as long as you dont get them too wet and dry them thoroughly before using them again
