Pros
The color is as pictured a rich burgandy. If you can slouch down and potion yourself really low it works good to make you feel laid out and lounging like. I like the pillow it came with.
The best way to put the poles into the nylon holders, is to stand the pole up and then press down on the top of the pole with the nylon holder.
Cons
The quality and workmanship is much poorer and it is not as comfortable as my old ones. There is no knot at the top--just one continuous rope that slides around. The nylon roping is impossible to tie into a tight knot. The dowels are not made of solid... Read More
Buy a different product from a different seller. King's pond products appears to be made wrong. It's clear no one bothered to check the condition, and it cost the seller shipping both ways for a huge box.

Cons hard to put the poles in place definitely a 2 person job poles will slip out easily arms are floppy instead of being taut along the pole

We had to add nails to the ends of each pole to stabilize them

Without the nails i fell twice because the poles would just slip out of the nylon webbing that was supposed to hold them in place
