Pros
As long as the caller speaks plain english, it's very good. Than the caption saves the day.
Set up went very smoothly. Getting the captioning and registering was easy. Fast set-up easy to use.

The screen size is perfect, the visibility is eye pleasing and so comfortable. The sound quality of this phone is good. My old phone has a wireless handset and i can use it while roaming outside in the yard.
Cons
Slow response, missing words and sentences, misspelled words and wrong numbers. There is a severe lag time with transcribing and it ends up confusing the user even more. Pre-prepared programs like nova have great captioning.
Short time to return defective product on the company's end. Out of the box, which was shipped well, and protected well, did not work. This is not a company that is accommodating to the disabled.

I must have just got a bad unit but will not return because the sound amplication and capsuling features work fine for me
