Pros
The only downfall is you cannot switch frets or remove it quickly. No fret buzz. The ability to tighten it down seems to make the chords ring clearer than a clip-on style.
It uses clear surgical tubing for the sleeve that presses down the strings. Not perfect, but works well.
Cons
Clunky and crude capo. The bar that frets the strings is straight, not radiused, so you really have to crank it down to fret all the strings. Simply building these with much thinner metal and a little more give in the hinge would solve a lot of this i... Read More

You dont have to screw it down very much to get a solid tone so it doesnt mess with the intonation
The hamilton caps works lots better than my clamp on with the spring
You tighten it with the thumbscrew so your strings ring clear without too much pressure that will put it out of tune
Seller is absolutely amazing to work with however the capo is quite a bit bulky and the thumbscrew a bit hard to turn

The price was excellent i definitely got my moneys worth
The price is easy on the wallet and it has a cool retro vibe which i really dig
But the price is so good and its solidly made

It is all metal except for a thick felt pad that protects the back of your guitar neck and the end of the thumbscrew is plastic the threaded screw itself is metal

All capos have advantages and disadvantages but for 6
