Cons
The on/off switch is at the bottom and a leaver that looks and feels like it's going to fall off. When pouring water, steam comes out of the space between the lid and the kettle and burns your hand.
There have been cosmetic problems. I hope our unit is simply defective. Electrically - poorly built.
This is the last time i ever buy from hamilton beach. This is listed at $65. It is a dangerous product that could kill you. Would not recommend.
