Pros
This is my first insulated thermos pot and it sure beats the heated plate that burns your coffee and needs cleaning. It retains its heat for hours without getting scorched or bitter.
Most importantly, it works and the coffee tastes great. I like the product, but customer service is lacking. All in all, i highly recommend this.
This has everything i have wanted in a coffeemaker and more. It's got a programmable timer and a brew strength adjustment.
Cons
If you buy this product make sure it works properly before you settle in. Since it's over the 30 days when you can get a replacement or refund seems i'm just out of luck on this bad purchase. But, mercy is it ever awful!

Held a hot coffee for an hour but the handle is falling off right out of the box
Pulled it out of packaging and immediately programmed it to make me a full 10 cup pot for the next morning
