Pros
Even though this has an analog dial it seemed to be very accurate. My husband says it reheats the best. Makes fries crunchy not soggy.
Cons
The convection fan is really loud. The selector knob hangs up. Noisy to the point of being too scared to use it.

Much to my surprise even at high temperature settings this oven did not trip a circuit breaker an occassional occurance in my kitchen with heavy amperage appliances

It claims to take a certain size pan but that size does not fit if there are handles or grips on it which many of them do
