I have a few additional back braces and i have to take it off to sit and put on when i stand up to move around and it sometimes makes my back worse with the constant on and off

I was getting to the point where it hurt every time i tried to stand up

But i wear an undershirt then put the brace on and wear my normal clothes on top and that seemed to have fixed that problem
