They have spring arms and the lenses have completely stopped all my eye headaches from working on the computer

The lenses put a somewhat odd yellow tint to computer screens that i guess is how they block the blue rays but ive pretty much adjusted to it

I had to start using my contacts for the blinking issue but as a senior i needed reading glasses for the fine print
