This particular series of books is highly saught after by a vast number of beginner guitarists many tutors seem to work from these books so its handy having all three in one volume it can be sometimes difficult to find a copy at a music store because of the series popularity

Im learning both with this book but because of the written music element progress is slow

Ultimately if you want to learn an instrument you have to be committed to time and practice so if you suck it isnt this books fault

One word of caution for some people there is no tab used in the book although this is not a bad thing as being able to read music allows you to pick up any piano book and play from that
