Pros

I like that it is in pill form, and not a topical mixture. Consistency is key if you want the rewards. The flavor is like most vitamins, not the greatest however doable.

I'm 65 and my hair is thinning. Now my hair feels thick and full! I also find that my thin brittle nails are a little stronger.

Ginkgo biloba helps fight inflammation, and improves brain function. I am satisfied with this product.
