Hair is shinier and much healthier looking! My hair is much thicker and longer with no skin breakouts. She has 2 issues with her first is some small bald spots caused by surgery to remove scalp cysts.

The gummies are super easy to chew and are flavorful. The capsule version is superior to the gummy as it had more ingredients. They are delicious, sweet, and a little fruity.

Cons

These gummies are expensive! Didn't work for me. Buyer bewaretastes just like candy! Men were attracted to long hair.
