Pros

Bought as gifts for my aunt and sister in law. Happy with purchase and own one myself. Love this straightening iron, worth every penny and then some. All my friends loves it!

Even with home keratin treatment, it works perfectly. It leaves my hair smooth and silky.

Cons

I am not left with a ton of dead ends and a frizzy/damaged sideburn. I'm sure it's a problem of fabrication. I have wavy, curly hair and after i use it i have still have puffy, wavy hair ten minutes later.
