I haven't used this product yet, I'll update this review when I have done so. These are my initial thoughts when I got the package.It arrived in a large box. Contrary to how you normally open boxes, this was a push out box. Like a push pop. The brush itself was the only item/part wrapped in bubble wrap. The glove, sleeve and booklet sat underneath, in that order. The booklet is 3 pages. The sleeve feels like velveteen or something. I don't know for sure because there's no tags. On anything. The glove is small/medium. The dots look like just paint but it's obviously not when you touch it. They're kind of bouncy? Squishy? Not paint, anyway. But they're on both sides, so it can be worn on either hand.The brush itself is basic. Basic standard plug (US). Haven't measured the cord but it isn't long enough to cross a large bathroom. Your outlet needs to be right there. Luckily my bathrooms are small. There a Velcro strap on the cord that keeps it from tangling and whatnot. The cord does swivel a bit, though I can't really tell how useful that will be while use; it's a bit stiff. Speaking of stiff, the outer guard bristles are quite stiff. See pics. Only 3 buttons total, which make an audible click when pressed. The LED lights up blue when on and begins counting to a predetermined temperature. Ranged 176-450°F or 80-230°C. Celsius increases in 5° increments, Fahrenheit at 9° increments - using the buttons. Once you get to a temp you like, it goes up or down at 1-2° increments. Doesn't take too long though. It does get quite hot so definitely use the glove. Not on the handle but elsewhere. As far as craftsmanship goes, look at the images. One thing I will point out is the paint is chipped on one of the thingies in the brush. I'll see how/if that does anything when I use it.Overall, without using it, I can tell that you get what you pay for. This cost less than $25. It has no brand name anywhere. The very definition of generic. No tags either. These things are basically glorified hot combs. I'll review this again. If it works, I doubt it'll last long. Two years is ambitious. And when it inevitably fails, I'll spend a bit more.  Read Less
