It actually has body now, whereas before it was flat and looked lifeless. It became smoother and softer and looks better then it has in years. At first, your skin breaks out a little, but after a week it clears up.

A great vitamin supplement for a great value. At the lower dose that i take, they seem worthwhile to me. If you don't mind taking 3 pills every day, them this is it!
