Pros

I have severe osteoarthritis and can't wash my own hair. My hairdresser now comes to my home to color and shampoo my hair for me. I'm a cosmetologist who has to utilize my kitchen for a bit while my salon is being built.

This solves all my problems. He swears this is a god send for not only him, but for me also. Thank you for making my recovery a little bit brighter.

Cons

The neck rest is uncomfortably tight on me and two other women. The arm strap is too short and isn't adjustable. The neck hole is way to small. Leaks very badly and is uncomfortable.
