I use them on 160 for my hair but could even go down in temperature

Wish i had used these years ago as i suffer alot of frizz on my hair these hair straighteners really help to make my hair smooth and frizz free

You do need to purchase a glove separetely for protection of your hand though

I have fine hair but im sure it would be good for all hair types as there are variations of temperature control
