Pros

It is difficult to find a healthier baking powder. This product is perfect fir thus diet. Low sodium dieter.

Found this and super please with it. Thank you for creating this necessary product. I’m so glad it is available.

Cons

Baking power has an average shelf life of 6 mos. It expires 3/12/2022. There's no way i can use all this before it expires. Amazon needs to monitor expiration times.

The taste of this product reminds me of cherry flavored antibiotics given to children. It's very high in potassium and you need to be careful not to overdose on it. I'm not sure if i got a bad batch but this smells terrible.
