Pros
Was finding it difficult to get into loft with old stepladder. This one has higher top platform and extra step so much easier. The deep tread means that it is very comfortable to work on for some time.
Cons
Got to rung six and ladder was wobbling a lot. It's also not stable.

Safety rail and tool tray at top is useful total height means loft hatch has to be open before opening stepladder as it is too tall when closed to stand upright so check height of ceiling and storage options if you think this could be a problem
